ЭФФЕКТИВHОСТЬ ПЛАЗМАФЕРЕЗА ПРИ ЛЕЧЕHИИ ХИРУРГИЧЕСКОГО СЕПСИСА С ПОЛИОРГАHHОЙ HЕДОСТАТОЧHОСТЬЮ

Цель. Оценить эффективность плазмафереза при лечении хирургического сепсиса с полиорганной недостаточностью.
Материал и методы. Обследовано 26 пациентов в возрасте 0–12 лет, находившихся на лечении в педиатрической клинике ТГМУ в 2000 – 2005 гг., у которых был диагностирован хирургический сепсис с полиорганной недостаточностью. Пациенты были распределены на следующие возрастные группы: новорожденные, грудные, в возрасте от 3-х до 7 лет и от 7 до 12 лет. В каждой возрастной группе дети были рандомизированы в две подгруппы: пациенты, которые получали стандартное лечение и пациенты, которым вместе со стандартным лечением проводился и плазмаферез.
Результаты. Плазмаферез препятствует прогрессированию дисфункции органов у детей всех возрастных групп с хирургическим сепсисом и его применение позволяет снизить летальность пациентов.
Заключение. Плазмаферез является безопасным и эффективным средством комплексного лечения детей с хирургическим сепсисом.
