SIMULTANEOUS SURGERY CONCERNING SPLITTING ANEURISM OF THE PERITONEAL SECTION OF THE AORTA AND THE RIGHT KIDNEY CANCER T1N0M0

At present one may face the combination of the oncological pathology with life-threatening disease of the vascular bed. In case of such combination of competing diseases, only rational composition of surgery stages may not only save life of a patient, but also exclude possible complications. A clinical case of successful combined surgery concerning splitting aneurism of the peritoneal aorta and the right kidney cancer is described in the given article. The surgery was performed from the thoracophrenolumbotomy. During additional examinations in the postoperative period the function of the inner organs were compensated.
