ƒистрофические и атрофические изменени€, развивающиес€ в мышцах нижних конечностей, значительно ухудшают течение вторичного лимфостаза. Ёто способствует возникновению необратимых анатомических и физиологических изменений. јвторами проведЄн анализ электронейро-миографических исследований у 51 пациента вторичным лимфостазом нижних конечностей медиальной группы мышц бедра и голени, расположенных сразу под медиальным лимфатическим коллектором. ¬ы€влены нарушени€ нервной проводимости и ухудшени€ сократительной способности мышц. ќсуществлЄн мониторинг исследованных показателей после курса консервативного и оперативного лечений. »спользование в диагностике лимфовенозной недостаточности нижних конечностей биомеханических исследований необходимо дл€ выбора адекватного метода лечени€.
