ДИАГHОСТИКА И ЛЕЧЕHИЕ ПОВРЕЖДЕHИЙ ЖЕЛЧHЫХ ПРОТОКОВ И ОСЛОЖHЕHИЙ ИХ ПЕРВИЧHОЙ КОРРЕКЦИИ

В обзоре представлены данные о современных методах диагностики и лечения ятрогенных повреждений желчных протоков, а также осложнений после первичных реконструктивных операций. Приводятся исторические сведения по данной проблеме. Представлена характеристика классификационных систем стриктур и повреждений гепатикохоледоха. Освещены разновидности реконструктивных операций и выбор наиболее оптимальных методик. Сформулированы выводы о дальнейшей перспективности разрабатываемой темы.
