СВИЩИ ПРЯМОЙ КИШКИ: СОВРЕМЕHHОЕ СОСТОЯHИЕ ПРОБЛЕМЫ, HАПРАВЛЕHИЯ ХИРУРГИЧЕСКОГО ЛЕЧЕHИЯ (ОБЗОР ЛИТЕРАТУРЫ)

На основании данных литературы в сравнительном аспекте проведен анализ современного состояния проблемы свищей прямой кишки: причины их возникновения, классификация, эффективность существующих методов хирургического лечения. Использована текстовая база данных медицинских и биологических публикаций PubMed (на основе раздела «биотехнология» Национальной медицинской библиотеки США) через доступ NCBI-Entrez. Проведен анализ более 450 источников специальной медицинской литературы. Несмотря на наличие огромного количества методик, как инвазивных, отличающихся высокой частотой развития инконтиненции, так и малоинвазивных, использование которых сопряжено с высоким риском рецидива, неоднозначные (разноплановые) показатели их эффективности свидетельствуют о том, что до сих пор проблема свищей прямой кишки является актуальной и требует дальнейшего поиска более эффективных способов лечения.
