POSTTRAUMATIC DIAPHRAGMAL HERNIA MASKED AS POSTTRAUMATIC PNEUMONIA AND HYDROTHORAX
The article presents the clinical observation of the patient, who was treated in one of the clinics of Vitebsk with closed injury of the thoracic cage, multiple fractures of the ribs, traumatic pneumonia, and hydrothorax in the left side. After discharge the patient was hospitalized in Vitebsk emergency hospital with the posttraumatic diaphragmal hernia, giant gastric ulcer. The patient was operated on with the positive remote results.
